Today identify 5 things that you are extremely grateful for. Write it down, and also write down WHY you are so grateful for it.  And then share it with somebody. For the remainder of your 14 Day Mental Detox continue with this exercise by starting every day with your gratitude list. Remember to select 5 new things and also to write down why you are so grateful for it. Continue sharing it with somebody.
